Role & responsibilities
Purpose: provide customer service, handle order management, provide order status and handle complaints from customers for inr transactions.
Candidate requirement:
Graduate with 4-5 years’ experience in core customer service function
Inr order management, experience in core customer service.
Proven customer service/customer care experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiar with crm and erp systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication skills and willing to work on voice profile.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Working knowledge in customs bonded warehouse would be additional advantage
Working experience should be in pharma/biotech/life science industry
Knowledge required:
Inr order management, experience in core customer service handling end to end transactions in quote to cash.
