The account executive role is vital position within our sales team and will bring on new customers, as well as manage existing businessThe ideal candidate will be dynamic, personable, energetic, and a driven self-starterYour primary responsibilities are to introduce new clients to our product offering, negotiate/close contracts and manage existing client relationshipsYou’ll engage new and existing customers to help them learn about the view and how we can helpYou`ll work with a dedicated project manager and production team to ensure client projects are delivered & ensure overall client happiness.
Prospecting is not requiredYou will have a team of at least two sales development representatives solely dedicated to you and your successThey will handle all outbound prospecting, initial qualification and scheduling of meetings.
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a team player that truly enjoys helping people, solving problems and managing clientsHaving a sales or client management background is required, and having construction, architectural or visualization background is a major plus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with our sales development team for account planning, messaging strategy and top of funnel activities.
Meet with clients regularly to run discovery calls, demonstrations and negotiations.
Create project scopes based on project specific information (like architectural sets)
Manage the overall sales process, including quotes and contracts.
Manage existing client relationships via in person visits, regular qbrs and other check ins
Maintain crm (hubspot) to ensure data accuracy
Partner with your customer success & project manager to ensure projects are delivered on timeline
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working in sales or account management
Experience working within a crm and file sharing applications (hubspot & google drive preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
High energy, high capacity, high integrity with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude, strong drive for results, and can easily handle ambiguity
Customer focused – able to go above and beyond to make your internal customer’s life easier
Experience with software such as hubspot, trello, google drive, gmail preferred
Familiar with renderings and/or architecture would be a plus but not required
