Foth production solutions, llc is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented lead process engineer experienced in sanitary process systems who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ successThis position will be working out of our green bay, wi; madison, wi; minneapolis, mn; chicago, il; sacramento, ca; stockton, ca; modesto, ca; or remote location.
Primary responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and manage process discipline project members
Develop and own process engineering schedule
Coordinate with other project disciplines as required
Estimate process engineering hours for proposals
Prepare and give technical presentations to clients regarding project-related items
Develop equipment specifications
Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop cost estimates and provide input for proposals
Develop mass energy balances
Develop process and instrumentation drawings (p&ids)
Develop equipment lists, line lists, and poc lists
Develop operation specifications
Work with designers to create drawings
Write installation scope documents
Oversee and qc engineering work of others (e.g., drawings, calculations, designs, etc.)
Support construction to include onsite and remote
Lead checkout/start-up efforts associated with project work
Coach and mentor others as required
Ability to travel approximately 30% per year on average
Required qualifications:
Bs in engineering or equivalent technical experience
10+ years of professional experience
Required previous experience with the following:
Manufacturing process design experience
Mechanical systems integration and design
Sizing pumps and valves for process lines
Utilities feeding process systems
Advising clients toward best innovative solutions
Preferred qualifications:
Pe registration or ability to obtain
Cost estimating capital projects
Project management experience
Experience in multi-disciplinary large projects
Lead the process competency on multiple large projects ($10mm and above)
Experience utilizing 3d design tools (navisworks, plant 3d, vr, and 3d scans)
Cip system and process experience
Sanitary design requirements for food systems (fda)
Food and beverage product manufacturing
Coaching and mentoring of others
The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position$100,000 - $135,000Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certificationsIn addition to base compensation, foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our earned performance incentive programAll employees are eligible for on-the-spot bonusesExempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonusesEligible full-time and part-time members will be offered medical, dental, vision insurance, employee assistance program, disability, retirement, holiday pay, and several other voluntary benefitsRegular full-time members are also eligible for paid time offPlease reach out to the recruiting team to discuss any specific benefits or compensation questions.
