Human resource program management and continuous improvement leader
Chemours is seeking a(n) human resource manager to join our human resource operations (hr ops) teamThis position will report directly to the vice president of hr ops and titanium technologies and can be based remotely.
With an eye for innovation and automation this role will provide expertise in mergers/acquisitions, project/program management and continuous improvement while partnering with the human resource community to drive strategic projects across the functionThis role leads a small team that includes 2 project managers, an hr ops client services manager, a financial analyst and an intern.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide leadership and oversight for merger and acquisition activity across chemours, representing the hr function in m&a activities, such as:
Be in front for chemours hr representing all m&a activity including sale, acquisition, merger or transition service periods
Build and manage project budgets, pricing models and cost estimates
Manage day-to-day project tasks including any risks, actions, issues, decisions and status updates
Develop and maintain the overall work plan and schedule; coordinate activities with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Provide consultative support and problem-solving skills on projects, including acquisition integrations
Manage the activities for the hr coe’s and the service delivery component
Lead project management office for chemours hr team
Partner with hrbp team to develop, implement, and manage hr projects that are tied to hr operations and/or growing our capability as a center of excellence
Collaborate with hr team to deliver on hr and business priorities, ranging from annual reward and performance feedback cycles in workday to complex business transformation initiatives
Own organizational data projects, ranging from data cleanliness and regular audits, to building organizational data insights for hrbps and business leaders
Own relationship with chemours assurance team partnering on pre audit assessments, deficiencies, annual audits, sox compliance, etc.
Oversee ad-hoc requests for custom reporting, research, and analysis in coordination with the hrbp team and identify opportunities to increase ease of delivery for hr ops as well as the client
Identify areas for ongoing hr process improvement and launch new projects to support hr program efficiency
Partner closely with hr ops to utilize existing tools and templates for reporting, data analytics, and project management; ensure all work is aligned with central policies and operating procedures
Partner closely with hr ops to deploy new tools, dashboards or automation
Partner with hrbp team to develop key communication plans, executive-level presentations, and other activities for managing change within the organization
Oversee hr budget process and own this process for hr operations
Lead us hr compliance including eeo-1, vets 4212
Assist with third party vendors or rfp process as necessary
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in human resources, technology, business or related field
7+ years of experience in the field human resource and/or chemical operations and/or m&a/pmo experience in mid to large scale companies (5k+ employees); with experience across hr operations/technology, hr process improvement, and hr program management
Proven experience reporting and analyzing hr data, recommending analytical approaches to hr strategies, and advising with numbers
Consultative approach to breaking down projects into their component parts, developing project roadmaps and timelines, identifying project risks and areas for triage, and leading cross-functional partners through change
Expertise in microsoft excelMust be able to quickly utilize reference formulas to reconcile data, pivot table summaries to build quick analyses, and nested formulas to build dashboards
Experience using powerpoint to visualize and communicate complex data concepts and pmo methodologies to non-expertsImpeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data visualization and tools (excel/powerpoint, tableau, google data studio, etc.)
Familiarity with hr systems (i.e., successfactors, workday, etc.) and survey methodologies preferred
Speed; highly organized and able to meet deadlines and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
High degree of detail orientation with a proven ability to handle extremely confidential information and act with integrity and discretion
