Job description: corporate internal & external communications lead, india

Goal:

Drive impactful internal communications programs to advance teva`s business priorities and manage reputation across various internal and external stakeholders in india.

Responsibilities:

Develop and drive a sound content and communications strategy for the country, in partnership with local hr and global communications partners
Lead the communications aspects of key people and organization programs, such as individual development, collaboration and leadership presence
Manage ongoing internal communications around organizational changes and key regional business milestones
Represent india and drive the local aspects of global hr, tgo and communications programs, such as the mission and values awards, esg, i&d, etc.
Executive communications: strategic communications partner for the country management team, including internal communications routines and forums (e.g., quarterly town hall), social media presence
Creative content manager – content creation and support for various initiatives and country aspects of global communications, including the rollout of teva brand.

Long description

Digital and social media regional lead: optimize and stretch the capabilities of digital channels to meet users` needs and ensure a user-message-channel fit

Represent india in the global intranet project and ongoing day-to-day management of the intranet
Drive social media activities across india including guidance to local communicators, and implementation of global programs

Act as interface between corporate, tgo and country communications functions, ensuring key messages and resources are shared and used.
Work closely with global corporate and tgo communications teams, to help coordinate and implement pr, reputation and crisis communications for key local events.

Qualifications

Skills and qualifications

7+ years of experience in communications (preferably internal communications), content strategy, production and measurement
English – mother-tongue level, with proven writing skills; hebrew - proficient
Creative, innovative and value-added: understands what makes for effective communications and great content across a range of channels and formats
Experience in end-to-end ownership of communications processes, from strategy through planning to execution
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with and advise a diverse range of stakeholders at senior levels of the organization.
Highly motivated, well organized, good at self-prioritizing and time management
Strong analytical skills
Experience in working at a global, multiple-interface environment – an advantage
