Content marketing specialist
Remote - austin, tx

Our marketing team is growing! we’re searching for a content marketing specialist to contribute to our social media and seo programs in order to increase brand awareness, boost rank in organic search, and support the achievement of the company’s revenue goals.
Reporting to the director of marketing and in close collaboration with our content marketing manager, you’ll contribute to our team’s success by writing content that increases engagement with our brand, while staying true to our brand voiceYou’ll be a good fit for this role if you have previous experience writing for a technology or b2b brand with an eye towards seo, are familiar with managing (and growing!) business social media accounts, and take an analytical approach to achieve desired results.
Tethr is a fully remote company so you won’t be required to come into a physical office on a standard schedule and we’ll set you up with a great tech package as part of your onboarding.

Own social media posting strategy and execute against daily content production on social media.
Own social listening & follower build on social channels.
Research, write, and edit data-backed content for tethr`s blog, adhering to a predetermined seo strategy.
Contribute to other marking and sales content including whitepapers, website copy, emails, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and content team members to brainstorm new content ideas based on industry trends.
Manage ongoing digital advertising campaigns on google and linkedin.
Assist with content performance metrics and reports.
Required education and experience
2+ years progressive experience supporting marketing initiatives within the technology industry
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across marketing and sales teams
Previous experience with agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Demonstrated proficiency with hubspot, salesforce, google analytics, and other relevant marketing & sales enablement technologies
Experience supporting successful inbound and social media marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving
Bachelor`s degree required
Preferred education and experience
Previous experience at a vc-backed saas technology company
Previous experience with seo/sem optimization, ppc and retargeting strategy, and campaign execution
Experience supporting online and in-person events, conferences, and tradeshows
