Develop and implement growth strategy for new homes program
Lead all partnerships with new homes companies, serve as primary poc with new homes executives
Lead deal negotiations and contracting with new homes partners
Partner with installation, warehousing, and training teams to drive strong execution on operational objectives
Manage objective setting, execution, coaching and performance monitoring of new homes team
Team size: 10 sales and operations managers
Engineering degree preferred.
Applicable experience in construction engineering
Experience with high-volume new home building
Experience with supply chain optimization.
Must be hands-on and technical
