Our client seeks to create an internal framework that will improve their customer experiences, delivery, and servicesCentral to the project will be successfully assessing their human capital processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing change management strategies for long-term client successThe project scope includes services such as organizational development, human capital strategy, performance management, strategic communication, customer experience, metrics and measures, and change management.
Leads services and/or projects that deliver client outcomes.
May also lead work streams within complex services and/or projects.
Builds and maintains trusted advisor relationship with client by seeing project outputs and outcomes in the context of client mission and outcomes and leading production of high quality deliverables.
Leads entire teams to plan task timelines and directs allocation of staff support to complete tasks.
Mentors others in developing and applying knowledge, skills, and abilities with core capability area(s) and professional expertise.
Continuous learning within core capability area(s) and professional expertise.
Leads application of and mentors others in technical assent`s consulting approaches and methods, as well as other general consulting skills.
Shares knowledge with internal and external peers through writing and speaking 4-6 times per year.
Builds organizational capability by building reusable process assets, templates, and tools that improve the consistency of our services through the cmmi for services framework.
Supports business development by actively researching customer needs, recognizing opportunities and assessing the competitive environment to determine an optimal approach and solutions.
Actively supports the business development lifecycle by performing capture-related tasks and leading proposals or request for information responses.

Develop strategies, frameworks, processes to bolster customer experience across the enterprise to enhance employee engagement and assist employees in delivering products and services that better fulfill customer expectations, creating superior performance within the organization
Advise on internal performance management strategies to increase customer delivery satisfaction
Utilize client technology and services, such as sharepoint, to improve customer services
Build journey maps to identify pain points, devise best practices while instilling positive organizational changes to meet enterprise wide goals of enhancing customer experience
Develop & oversee data-driven human capital strategies that align with project mission
Support plans for human capital cross-functional projects from concept to execution with client and supporting agencies including efforts to develop, train, and manage a productive workforce
Partner with stakeholders and subject-matter specialists to advise and guide on effective and sustainable organizational changes
Participate in ideation working sessions and stakeholder experience interviews to improve customer experience
Foster inter-organizational collaboration and meaningful relationships
Devise strategies to aid staff in coaching and accountability, centered on efforts to keep employees accountable to performance goals and tie employee goals to department-wide goals and organizational mission
Facilitate training to current employees on the new work processes and programs
Evaluate change effectiveness and adjust approach as needed to better fit business needs and enhance customer experience
Work with key stakeholders to quantify fiscal performance and the value of products, services, programs that departments create for customers and stakeholders
Self-starter and problem solver with an open-minded approach to work
8 years of relevant experience
Experience in human capital consulting
