Write new hire job descriptions
Handle new employee recruitment
Handle new employees paper work and onboarding
Implement effective sourcing, screening ang interviewing techniques
Handling employee’s payroll and benefits
Oversee daily operations of the hr department
Handle staff training
Oversee employee performance review process
Qualification required:
· mba(hr) candidates aspiring to be hr professional
· working hr professionals who are graduates and want to develop hr professional knowledge
· students preparing to take up their career as an hr professional
