Scope of role :
Spearhead and manage global mobility operations and compliance in uk and europe
Responsible for managing uk immigrations operations
Review all new requests, work with vendors and attorneys, in getting cos and visa issued on time.
Imp rove upon the existing mobility frameworks, process and policies to stay relevant to both business and immigration compliance.
Understand the business landscape and changes in the region wrt to mobility & immigration laws
Demonstrate depth knowledge in the a rea of immigration and moderate understanding of other mobility subjects like taxation, social security, healthcare, schooling and labor compliance etc.
Ability to assess the problem statements proactively and propose possible solutions to stakeholders and man agement.
Responsible for managing both inbound and outbound activities related to both expatriation and repatriation process in the region.
First point of escalation in case of any concern raised by employee or business wrt to entire mobility cycle and manag ement.
Should have fair understanding on compensation fitment process/ min wage requirement, p&l, margin calculations and financi al implications on business.
Act as relationship manager and strategically align with business managers, stakeholders in and outs ide company.
Governance and compliance responsibility in context of assignee movement, social security & pension actions
Vendor engagement and management.

End to end case review, filing and management of all types uk cos.
Should have complete informational related to petition filing process with uk home office.
Review understand and plan responses and any queries from uk home officeo should have good understanding uk ilr process.
Should have good knowledge on uk right to work check.
Responsible for managing expat riation to repatriation cycle for an assignee.
Responsible for filing new work permit, extensions, transfers, dependents permits and all types of employment related work authorizations applicable in uko in case of third-party vendor action, responsible for building and managing a governance frameworko responsible for timely review and clearance of invoices from vendorso focused on improv ing operational excellence by working along with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Responsible for tracking timel ine by both internal stakeholders and external agencies to complete the transactions on timeReport in case of any challenges.
Responsible for maintaining complete data or documents of the employee pertaining to mobility and ensuring ease of access as required to related functions or team membersjd attached
