Job description
Team is looking for a highly motivated regional sales managerThe rsm is responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and achieving sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth and support our team philosophyThis leader is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting new clients daily
Scheduling and completing follow-up call with prospective clients
Performing software demonstrations online and in person
Generate proposals at customer request for pricing or further information - be able to give quotes/estimates on services
Closing new business (contract negotiation)
Collaborating with other members of the sales department increase revenue
Attend and speak at trade shows and seminars to draw in potential clients
Share client information with other departments on a need-to-know basis
Other knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Ability to learn quickly and exceed expectations
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Professional speaking voice with strong phone etiquette skills
Positive and determined attitude
Time and task management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Engaging and articulate phone conversation skills
Highly motivated
Experience with detail-oriented tasks and processes in an office setting
Experience with crm products (i.e., microsoft dynamics, sugar, salesloft, salesforce)
Ability to work with or contribute to a work group/team
Excellent presentation skills
Willing to travel
Experience with contract language and negation.
