The franchise consultant is responsible for advising and supporting franchise owners using
A consultative approach in order to reach and exceed strategic goals and objectives and
Grow their businessThe franchise consultant establishes strong and successful
Relationships with franchise owners and school management to ensure the delivery of a
Premier educational program, trusted care, and service excellenceThe franchise
Consultant ensures that all elements of the franchise business operation system and
Education offering are implemented in adherence to brand standards.
Successful franchise consultants will understand and maintain knowledge of early
Childhood education best practices, trends, and approaches as well as demonstrate the
Ability to influence without authority and drive business results through strong
Relationships.
Job responsibilities
Cultivate a strong working relationship with franchisees through regular and effective communications using multiple platforms
Develop and maintain productive relationships at all levels of the organization and across schools
Support franchise owners in executing and improving upon their business plan by analyzing financial reports, operational results and trends and strategizing methods to achieve specific operational goals
Advise on execution of a premier educational program by maintaining knowledge on state
Quality rating and improvement systems, approved vendors, curriculum, assessment tools and individual school needs.
Conduct brand standards reviews to ensure system standards timeline is followed to ensure adherence of school brand
Provide insights, guidance, and support on developing and maintaining positive school culture and retention approaches for children, families, and faculty
Plan, prepare and participate in regional meetings, marketing meetings, and the annual franchisee and director conventions as required
Deliver targeted training on operational and educational competencies
Participate in departmental and team meetings
Build strong internal partnerships to ensure cross- and intra- departmental collaboration in order to drive results
Complete required documentation procedures for all calls, site visits, and email communications with franchisees
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, elementary education, or business management related field, preferred
3-5 years, minimum, of experience working in an early childhood program/industry/or setting in a leadership role or 3-5 years, minimum, franchise operations/business/sales support experience
At least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients and/or sites and projects
At least 2 years consulting (at least in an advisory capacity) experience
At least 2 years of experience preparing and delivering presentations
Proficiency in microsoft office suite
Familiarity with, and ability to learn early learning accreditation and licensing standards
Proficient in using virtual meeting technology
Travel up to 85%, depending on geography and number of schools
