Role
Outside sale representative, a demanding job for an explosive personality in the home improvement industryYour phenomenal ability to learn about and demonstrate the products and services we provide will have you making lasting customer connectionsThrough those successful sales visits you will add to your weekly paycheckThe home improvement market is going through an evolution and your adaptability will help us to not only stay current but set trends throughout the industry.
Responsibilities
Meeting with homeowners (in person) that we have prescreened to discuss and evaluate their home improvement needs
Help homeowners decide on the best options to suit their needs
Provide excellent customer service
You would demonstrate our products and services either in person or remotely
Stay up to date on sales training
Be available to work full time including evenings and saturdays
Qualifications
Ambitious, charismatic, and engaging personality
Sales experience, construction background a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Superior communication skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Pass a background check and a drug screen
Salary
Salary and commissions paid weekly via direct deposit
Additional bonuses and incentives available based on goals achieved and sales generated
More than 70% of our sales representatives exceed $70,000 annually
