Job summary:

Responsibilities:
As part of the technology delivery team, you will:
Participate in the scoping of technical requirements, confirming allocated time is correctly sized for the technical task that is being assigned
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with the assistance of project managers and stakeholders
Responsible for architecting a vision for client success according to the client’s business needs and goals
Use blueprint architecture to validate, document, and further define the client’s requirements, key features of the proposed solution, and phases of implementation
Responsible for oversight/technical review throughout multiple project plans
Review solution deliverables against timeline and budget
Responsible for being a core ambassador for client success within the development process
Identify areas for potential issues and/or modification in the existing project and subsequently developing these modifications
Communicate cross functionally with the project managers and developers/api team to ensure project success
Work closely with sales and executive leadership on project progression, identified risks and budget
Estimation of sow work effort(s) for project and resource planning
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting, and manage api requirements
Effectively meets and exceeds performance expectations
The ideal individual must be a team player with effective communication skills to serve as the information expert between the sales department and client base
Job duties:
Join salesperson on phone to communicate use-case, technology, and features to prospective customers` key technical contacts
Demo our quickbase solutions in ways that differentiate client from their competitors
Assist sales in responding to rfis/rfps when appropriate
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and webinars when neededMinimal travel
Contribute writing and ideas to the company blogEditors will assist in final product
Effectively communicate product feedback to product development, product management, and product marketing
Understand product roadmap and know how to communicate in a pre-sales environment.
High level understanding of how saas products work compared to other technologies
Willingness to learn, you like to know the how and why
Ability to simplify and explain complex processes
Desired technical skills:
Strong understanding of software development life cycle is required
Software configuration experience preferred
Prior experience with quickbase preferred but not required
System thinker - knows how to organize data and workflow
Problem solver - can look at problems multiple ways
Ms-sql database query building and ‘scripting’ against known schemas
Automation scripting
Experience with software analysis and architecture preferred
Pre/post sales demonstrations, configuration, and product maintenance
Proven experience directing client technical and demonstrative engagements (pre-sales to deployment)
Required skills:
3+ years of current it experience
2+ years of experience working in a consulting environment
2+ years of pre sales engineering background
Familiarity with quickbase is strongly preferred
College degree preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Additional skills:

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $180,000 depending upon your experienceA robust benefits package is offered, which includes medical, dental, vision, life, options for profit sharing, matching 401(k), pto and sick time.
