*jd for the executive/office* *administrator position*
· minimum of around 3 years of proven experience as an office assistant including accounting experience, ideally in the software/services industry
· focus on automation/efficiency for all tasks
Experience or interest in cloud-based task and project management tools
· coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and adhere to company policies
· manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
· support manager to scan, sort, and collate resumes
· support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
· submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
· track inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etcWhere needed
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· excellent knowledge of ms office and office management software (erps, etc.) will be a huge advantage
· bachelor’s degree (bsc/ba) in office administration or relevant field is preferred
