Roles and responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities:
Drive performance management within teams using the internal performance management system
Create, monitor and deploy the engagement calendar for teams across the country
Devise a strategy for feedback and handling grievances across teams
Visit the city teams for collating feedback and creating the action plan based on feedback
Create and execute performance development programs across all levels to facilitate internal sourcing
Devise an employer branding strategy to create awareness for facilitating smooth talent acquisition
Drive all the communication through social media channels
Define and execute the r&r program
Create and execute the employee communication plan
Educational qualifications preferred
Category: bachelor`s degree, master`s degree
Institution tier: reputed university or from premier colleges or equivalent
