Skill-lync is an exhaustive platform to re-engineer engineering educationThe last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployableSkill-lync is a y-combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
Responsibilities: maintaining and tracking sales data, preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools, creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations,, serve as liaison between teams and management, assist sales and marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods, planning and managing sales incentives, reward and recognition program, monitor and assisting sales leaders with regular input metrics, managing a team of sales ops executivesRecord development of management processes and policies.
Requirements: strong analytical skills, ability to perform advanced computing functions, familiarity with databases and sales crm, well versed with ms office including access, excel, and google sheets, excellent communication and presentation skills, 3+ years in a managerial position with increasing responsibility, we are taking over the world of engineering, and to do so, we are looking for great candidates who are willing to push the boundaries and help us solve problems at scale with solutions that have lasting impact.
