Graduate/post graduate in electrical engineering or equivalent with 12+years of experience
You have a deep technical understanding (at least in one of the specialization) and preferably also have experience in electrical systems with wind turbines
You are familiar with working in large matrix organizations and able to handle many tasks and interfaces simultaneously
Managing the design and specialist team (lv- control cabinets & power simulation & drives)
Securing alignment on tasks and priorities with the turbine platform departments in hq
Involvement and support in technical solutions and reviews
Ensuring timely quality deliveries to projects
Task and resource management within the team
Developing the engineers and specialists of the team as well as the role of the department on a continuous basis.
Driving product and technology development roadmaps and developing partnerships with external partners and suppliers
Close alignment and coordination with the design teams in the different wind turbine platforms responsible for the overall system design and integration.
