Servicenow is looking for a servicenow product expert with solid platform and configuration experience, as well as broad understanding of cloud security[gn1] This individual should possess deep knowledge of the servicenow platform from an administrator perspective and clearly understand the shared responsibility model in a cloud / saas offering.
This critical role will be required to review and assess servicenow’s platform as a whole and concisely articulate and draft security best practices and recommendations when using the now platform to lead the development of new documentation, guides, videos and other enablement material focused towards servicenow customers.
The candidate will draw from their career experience of managing a servicenow instance, to provide tailored guidance on the best solution for a particular set of challenges and/or prioritiesThis candidate will be working inside the office of the ciso team in the security organization, who work with a wide range of customers and partners on a daily basis addressing security concerns and challenges.

Build lasting relationships across various teams within servicenow
Perform as a change agent within servicenow and for its customers
Represent the security organization in customer-facing activities
Provide training, support & enablement to other teams and organizations within servicenow
Generate customer-facing documentation to be consumed by thousands of customers world-wide
Research new servicenow markets, offerings, and releases to discover how they impact our security program and features.
Draft and publish world class documentation around specific security recommendations for servicenow’s products and capabilities
Partner with servicenow`s product teams to understand their different products and capabilities
Work together with different servicenow security teams to help drive security improvements within the platform
To be successful in this role you have:
Excellent experience with administrating and/or deploying a servicenow instance
Understanding of cloud service providers, cloud operations and cloud computing
Understanding of cloud security practices and attack vectors
Ability to articulate complex issues to peers, executives, and customers
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven; ability to perform and excel with little supervision
Excellent collaborator and teammate; ability to foster and feed off coworkers
Great team player
Excellent presentation and communication skills (e.g., strong customer-facing skills)
