Cultivate a feedback forward culture and build proactive systems that foster agency and belonging while increasing engagement, resilience and satisfaction for our patients, families and workforceResponsible for engagement, appreciation, and recognition strategies for the organizationConsult with leaders to plan for and optimize the efficacy on the intervention(s)Act as a resource for staff support issuesProvide education and traning to individuals and groups on topics related to engagement and supportPlan and assist with program development ensuring alignment with institutional goalsCoordinate with the services of other disciplines within people and culture as appropriateDevelop, monitor, and evaluate metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness using appropriate cii and error-prevention principlesAssist in implementing a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion across the institutionThis position works remotely 50% of the time.
Required education/experience: - bachelor`s degree in health care, social work, psychology or equivalent combination of education and experience- five (5) years of experience working with diverse populations providing education, support, and advocacy- demonstrated experience in program management, leading projects, and facilitating trainings-experience providing consultation to staff and families in crisis intervention, engagement, and appreciation- demonstrated knowledge of and experience with concepts and application of safety first aid or peer mediationRequired credentials: - n/a preferred: - bilingual / bicultural - demonstrated ability to provide emotional and educational support services to staff and families- experience responding to safety issues and medical errors- knowledge of and experience using cpi/lean methodologies and processes -in-house or external consulting experience preferred
