Full job description
As customer marketing manager, you will be the connective tissue that ties together many of our major marketing initiatives.
As the world`s favorite cheap flight alert platform, we`re constantly looking for ways to improve our members` experiences and get them excited about our productIn this role, you will help us scale our marketing promotion efforts and help more members save on travel.
In the short term, you will:
Develop concepts and draft messaging for different customer segments for our tentpole campaigns (black friday, holidays, birthday, january tentpole, etc.).
Revamp the editorial marketing calendar template.
Refine the campaign launch process.
Analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase campaign performance.
Work closely with the senior manager, lifecycle and product marketing, the broader marketing team, design, and product to develop and refine campaigns.
In the long term, you will:
Own end-to-end tentpole promotional marketing campaigns from inception to post-launch activity.
Develop strategic marketing plans and goals that support business objectives/marketing strategiesCoordinate the implementation of those plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholder including product, design, and member success.
Gather campaign requirements, manage timelines, and update all stakeholders throughout the lifespan of a campaign from inception to post-launch activity.
Conduct post project follow up/analysis to identify opportunities and to refine strategy.
Continually refine launch process, update and own the editorial marketing calendar, and work with product if any development is necessary to support the campaign.
What you know:
Experience autonomously running marketing campaigns with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing messaging and working with design to develop collateral.
Experience improving the campaign launch process and scaling operations.
Ability to prioritize concurrent projects.
Proven attention to detail and highly organized.
Must be legally authorized to work in the united states and plan to work full-time in the united states.
Proficiency with iterable, braze, or similar tool.
