Required experience: 8 – 12 years
Should have worked on product development projects in the pastHas experience of concept generation to detail design of electro-mechanical products.
Should be familiar with assembly sequences, large assembly management and understanding of complex drawings.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management (plm) and related processes/tools
Has experience of working as an account manager in engineering service organization or hands on experience in managing project or technical team in the past
Experience in evaluating resumes, taking interviews, staffing, and training the new joiners
Maintain workload of the team and deliver key monthly reports
Manage overall cost and ensure team efficiency
Good presentation skills and team player
