We seek an enthusiastic commercial sales advisor to initiate contact with leads that are provided by the business from a variety of sourcesOur sales advisors are responsible organizing these leads as well as continuous follow-up by a mix of phone calls and emails with the intended outcome of setting up free trials for schools and scheduling meetings for their managerYou will use your friendly influencing skills to promote the business’ products by phone calls, emails

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
Carry out outbound sales calls with company provided leads to bring awareness of our products and to obtain trial requests, as per set targets
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively to bring about expected outcomes.
Develop and demonstrate a high level of knowledge of our products and procedures
Schedule consultations between the prospective customers and the business development director
Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent customer experiences
Inside sales / customer service experience required
Experience in a telesales role is preferred but not necessary
Previous work in education or special education sales is preferred but not necessary
High school diploma
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as crm software, ms (outlook, teams, excel, word, yammer, office365)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work agreed upon hours
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

$41,542.96 per year
A 5% annual increase each year on your anniversary
An incentive program that will pay a maximum of $13,200 per annum, with $6,000 being easily achievable
15 paid vacation days in year one, 20 paid in year two, 25 paid in year three, 1 additional day per year after this
