Goal/ target
Collect fd statement on monthly basis and check that all balances showing in financial are actual or not
Reconcile interest on fd with form 26as
Reconciliation of form 26as with books of accounts
Reconciliation of inter companies’ transaction between holding & subsidiaries including interest
Maintaining fd register and accounting for accrual of fd interest for all three companies
Reconciliation of income with gst retur
Ensure correct deduction of tds as per income tax act
Audit requirements
Monthly reconciliation of advance to employee/ directors
Arrange invoices of all advance payment made to vendors/ employee and close the same on monthly basis
Share of utr details of all payments to vendors on regular basis.
Payment of petty cash expenses to all branch and accounting of the same
Documentation and storage of all bill/ voucher
Reconciliation of various ledgers and confirmation of ledgers with vendors
Advance tax payment and working of payment of advance tax
