Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a salesforce implementation
Achieve services targets like gross margin and utilisation
Partner with internal teams like pre-sales, sales and product management
Ensure that projects are on track with active participation from all parties
Lead and be responsible for the career of team members
Required skills/experience
15+ years’ experience, predominantly leading saas based deliveryCrm and salesforce knowledge mandatory
Good to have: hands-on experience with salesforce clouds, integration, data management, apex/visualforce and lightning
Extraordinary client facing skills
Project management experience (agile preferred)
Demonstrated experience of having led large consulting / delivery teams
