We are looking for an entry level support technician or help desk associate to support our local office, our regional offices and our field sales reps located around the countryThis person would be responsible for supporting multiple field staff throughout the united states using our internal ticketing system, phone support, and virtual calls over meeting softwareTraining on internal systems for the help desk role can be included in the trial onboarding processWe are looking for someone with some experience but most importantly willing to learn and who is technically astute.
Technical knowledge (a plus):
Experience with a desktop operating system (windows, linux, chromeos, or macos)
Mobile device manager
Apple ipad and iphone troubleshooting
Support company productivity apps
Voip phone systems
Puzzle solving and ability to learn new skills
Willingness to ask questions and learn from them
Strong communication abilities (written, phone, web-meetings)
Work east coast morning hours
