Planning a) to understand planning of pm / rm by maintenance departmentB) understanding customer need and align plant operation.
3 a) continuous monitoring of parameters in dcs and taking immediate corrective actions in case of any deviation
Routine job observedB) to do regular walk-by inspections and log shift / daily / weekly operation parameters c) ensure implementation of safe operating practices of various equipments like, boiler, ash handling, coal handling plant, cooling tower, feed water pumps, dm plants, etcD) to analyse all operation data with respective standards and log all deviations and report to shift inchargeE) follow instructions of chief chemistF) following instructions from shift inchargeG) to prepare all required shift reportsH) to follow sops for all equipment / process operationsI) to follow up with maintenance department on status of pm / rm completionJ) to focus on auxPower consumptionK) to understand and able to perform all emergency operationsL)bed coil, nozzle , sh inspections, supervision of operation related jobs during plant shut down
4 safety a) implementation of prudent safe practices while issuing permitsB) compliance of ohsas 18001 c) use of all required ppes while carrying out the jobD) identification of critical activities and preparation of jsas e) implementation of good house keeping practices and ensure that all operating floors are maintained neat and clean.
Assessment & a) to understand competencies required for shift incharge and work upon for self development.
Training a) to conduct in-house training programmes atleast once in a 3 months to enhance skill level of self & members.
Development of a) to contribute / facilitate in development of systems and processes to improve safety and technical
Systems & processes / performance.
Continual improvement b) participation in 3e projects.

Supplemental pay types:
Vaccinated employees are only allowed in site.
Everyone should wear mask inside the site.
Clean and disinfect will be done periodically.
