As a talent acquisition manager, you need to know how to:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and evolving recruitment department and motivate a team of up to 15 recruiters who are responsible for filling roles across the organization.
Partner with individual recruiters and business lanes to develop strong recruiting strategies.
Build and grow relationships with operational and clinical leaders to align recruiting efforts with business needs.
Deliver team-based results that meet or exceed recruiting metrics and goals by coaching on recruiter activities and monitoring the recruiters volume of requisitions and service line needs to align resources appropriately.
Partner with the talent acquisition senior director and team leadership to identify and drive innovative quality and performance improvement initiatives by developing action plans that are in line with the organization`s strategic initiatives and goals.
Effectively communicate relevant information and updates to talent acquisition associates to enable their ability to deliver superior talent to the organization.

Bachelor’s level degree, required.
Master’s level degree, preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in recruiting, required.
Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory or management level experience, required.
