Full job description
The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ years of experience as a hr executive in recruitment as well as other hr operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Source potential candidates through multiple channels to generate a pipeline of the best candidates.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
Provide support to the recruitment lead as required.
Performing reference and background checks
Following up on the interview process status
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Documentation of the new joiners
Maintaining the personal files of the employees
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Payroll coordination- coordinating with immediate supervisor
Attendance & leave management
Good understanding and experience on end to end it recruitment.
Highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in ms office products (excel, word, ms outlook, ms powerpoint)
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Understand it job requirements and skills
Excellent knowledge of internet based recruiting tools (naukri, linkedin, monster, etc.)
• 0.6-1 years of professional experience in human resources• master of business administration in hr
