The opportunity:
The business consultant provides strategic direction and leadership to support affiliates to co-create solutions for customers and feeds back the voice of the customer in nam to the global organizationThey enable market and/or launch programs to create demand and maximize local market revenue growthThey act as the global technical and strategic expert for us complex and strategic solution integration projects with a focus on maximizing roche`s footprintThe business consultant is tasked with representing us needs within the global consultant community.
Job facts:
Be responsible for defining and executing activities to drive growth and adoption of diagnostic solutions in assigned region
Connect with global experts for complex solution integration projects, including lifecycle, consulting teams, and other global m&ci teams as needed
Provide insight and guidance to reinforce global strategic plan into the local market to help positively influence global core values, market position, and best practices to drive local solutions placements and revenue growth
Drives the local market adoption of new market concepts and strategies to ensure effective product placement relative to marketing opportunity, working closely with the customer areas as well as our external partners and the local affiliate sales and marketing organization.
Ensures internal and external communication and information are transferred, providing expertise, high-quality analysis, and synopsis within subject matter with extensive expertise in the functional area
Lead workflow automation discussions to strategically position roche solutions
Translates complex technical concepts into easy to understand and digestible information for global marketing and sales organizations
Manages cross-functional teams without formal authority through influence and relationships
Works in close collaboration with the global consulting chapter within marketing & customer insights, international key account managers and other corporate functions
Subject matter expert for laboratory instrumentation and laboratory workflow processes.
Integrates with the local and regional marketing and sales teams and gets involved with key customer accounts with higher complexity in the assigned region
O ensures identification of local market needs and conveys challenges back to the global organization
O identifies critical portfolio needs and provides marketing leadership
O drives product adoption, global strategic alignment, and new product acceptance
Who you are:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or scientific or business related field
7 years of progressive marketing experience or equivalent work experience
3 years of marketing leadership experience
Preferred qualifications:
7+ years in strategic marketing, sales, and/or product management experience in automation, software, and consulting in the clinical laboratory (mba / m.sPreferred)
Experience in healthcare it, laboratory automation, and complex clinical diagnostics solutions
Deep understanding of lab processes and workflow automation
Results-orientated and proactive in identifying solutions/solution focus
Customer centricity; understand the customers’ business, challenges, and goals
This position may be able to be filled as a remote positionHowever, international and domestic travel is required.
For colorado-based applicants, the expected salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by lawA discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performanceThis position also qualifies for the benefits listed below.
