As workpath’s marketing and communications associate, you will lead our efforts to share our mission with the market and industryYou will play a vital role in helping companies directly impact the lives of patients nationwide providing the critical care they need without ever having to leave their homesYou will work directly with our head of growth to drive our pr, marketing and communications channels.
What you`ll do:
Deliver creative, effective paid advertising campaigns to drive awareness and demand for workpath among our target market
Manage and lead our email marketing initiatives while coordinating with leadership and content partners
Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design and sales to experiment with growth initiatives
Manage and lead workpath’s thought leadership initiatives including coordinating leadership appearances on podcasts, events and speaking opportunities
What you bring:
2-4 years experience in a demand generating and digital communications and marketing role, ideally at a healthtech team focused on scaling
Experience with end-to-end target customer digital journeys
Deep understanding of how b2b healthcare solutions buyers learn about, evaluate, buy, and use platforms
Experience managing paid social campaigns
A deep caring for integrity and truth in marketing, being customer first in all marketing decisions
A data driven mindset
Familiarity with working with a marketing agency and coordinating content strategies
An eagerness to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced startup environment that believes in moving fast, integrity and energy
