Resilience lab is hiring a full-time therapist, which amounts to 25 sessions per week at a sliding scale of $100-$150To increase accessibility, we are currently in-network with united/oscar/oxford and offer limited “pay what you can” slotsOtherwise, we work with clients on a self-pay basis and submit out-of-network insurance claims on their behalfTo help therapists build their caseload in a timely manner, we provide referral subscriptions as part of our benefit packageIn addition, our proprietary matching algorithm creates therapist-client matches to enhance the therapeutic allianceWhile therapists primarily conduct individual, couples, and family sessions, they also facilitate groups and workshopsAs such, there are multiple pathways for lmsws and mhc-lps to gain clinical hours as they are working towards their licenseWith over 85 therapists on staff, therapists are encouraged to collaborate with one another to enhance their clinical skill setsUltimately, we try to strike a balance between empowering autonomy and fostering community in the workplace.
Skills & requirements
Master’s in counseling or social work with a focus in mental health
Desire to expand clinical and business skillsets
Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit
Adept communication and interpersonal skills

Mastery in the rlm, including engaging, retaining, and graduating clients
Reporting and governance

Complete resilience lab’s orientation and training program
Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions between 45-90 minutes
Run support groups and/or group therapy sessions between 45-90 minutes
Assess clients’ needs, build trust, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors
Help clients develop strategies for coping with issues and for making positive changes
Evaluate therapy sessions and outcomes via intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes
Undergo supervision to reflect on sessions, including transference/countertransference
Continue to seek out learning opportunities, including new theoretical developments
Network within and outside of the organization to maintain continuity of work and client base
Embody the rlm: collaborative case conceptualization, whole-person treatment planning, personalized ebp interventions, and clinical outcome monitoring
All clinicians are hired as fee-for-service w-2 employees of resilience labThe suite of benefits includes:

Compensation: 35-40% of the session fee plus monthly stipend
Once clinicians reach 25 sessions/week (or 100 sessions per month), they are considered “full-time” clinicians and receive 5 days of paid vacation as well as a contribution towards health care premiums.
Once clinicians are full-time for 3 months, they are eligible to apply for a salaried position as a resident at $67,000 plus bonuses with additional paid vacation and benefits.
