Candidates should be;
1) male graduates below 30 yrs.
2) good communication in english
3) must have a minimum 2 years experience in the retail sector.

More than nine years of salesand retail operations experience in cdit, appliances, entertainment.

1) ensure store should be very hygienic
2) check the store ready for trading
3) ensure staffs are present with the groom and well trained or not
4) give 100% customer service from the store, including delivery&installation
5) topline target achievement
6) kra parameters following like conversion 80%
7) conduct daily briefing, updates new things to staffs
8) check the opening and closing payments
9) daily wise stock check & inventory control
10) reports are sent in excel sheet
