The moxi product manager will be responsible for the overall vendor relationship and success of the highly visible realogy-moxi programThis program encompasses the implementation and eventual support of the following five moxi products (collectively known as the moxi suite) for all six of realogy’s brands: moxiengage (crm), moxiimpress (automated emarketing), moxipresent (cma/presentations), moxiwebsites (agent/broker consumer facing websites), and moxitalent (agent recruiting)Initially, this person will ensure the successful execution of a complex rollout plan by becoming a subject matter expert and driving issue resolution for all products and workstreamsThe moxi pm will collaborate closely with program leadership, vendor resources, workstream leads, and especially the project manager to ensure forward progress on all aspects of the program (technical, training, support, communications, etc.)This person will also play a primary role in identifying and improving business processes and lead the voice of customer backlog prioritization process that will provide input to the moxi roadmapAs time moves on, the moxi pm will transition from an execution focus to a more traditional product management role developing a deep expertise in specific assigned products within the suite but continuing to act as the overall lead on the moxi program.
As a product manager at realogy, you will help shape the strategy to grow a product and its user baseYou will work closely with technical functions, ux, brand operators, and third-party vendors to ensure that value is being provided to our customer base of real estate brokersYou will define the why, what, and when of the product that will be built by internal or external engineering teams.
You will work as an individual contributor that has high impact across the organization by driving a cross functional, nimble team forward to realize large-scale products that are core to realogy’s strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Define product roadmaps, work with engineering to build the products and coordinate across internal stakeholders
Serve as a thought leader for your product area, balancing between an intuitive customer experience and the benefits of an open ecosystem.
Influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization and have an immediate positive impact on our users
Coordinate product activities from vision to implementation
Work with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap
Drive usability studies, intuitive navigation, and dive deep into data to gain customer insights
Be a champion of voice-of-customer, leveraging research and analytics to make data-informed decisions.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Excellent communication skills –present to small and large groups of colleagues, sales associates, vendors, and company executives – explaining what the product is about and why it is important.
Strong time management skills – to support multiple products and assignments
Track record of creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new products
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance priorities
Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long-term product goals.
Experience working with multiple vendors, technical teams (internal and offshore teams)
