About the role:
Reporting to our svp of product, our marketing manager will be responsible for the development and execution of successful marketing programs to increase ready`s brand awareness and educate customers on the services provided at readyS/he will partner cross-functionally to drive all marketing initiatives and identify areas of opportunity based on thorough analysis to empower expansion and exploration across our growing verticalsThis position will be responsible for implementing new strategies and advertising campaigns.

What you`ll do:
Develop a deep understanding of business-line activity and how this can be amplified through marketing efforts to enhance and grow ready’s brand.
Manage overarching social strategy, inclusive of implementing campaigns for new and existing platforms.
Own campaign management of paid social channels across current and upcoming product lines while being a key collaborator on determining broader social strategy.
Manage agency partner relationship for performance marketing on paid social and google ad channels.
Leverage performance marketing and funnel data to proactively identify opportunities and implement strategies that enable us to expand and improve the efficiency for our programs.
Use your analytical skills to dig into campaign data, extract channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and accelerate performance.
Work with customer experience team to identify and fill gaps in our patient communication.
Implement all customer journey communications within our crm.
Manage inbound marketing requests from our partnership’s department.
Regularly share performance insights, learnings, and go forward strategy with key stakeholders across the business including members of our leadership team.
Manage website content, optimizing and updating all website content as needed.
Manage, mentor and train a junior team member.
What you`ll need:
A minimum of 4 years marketing experience, including marketing agency experience.
Direct to consumer performance marketing experience.
Must be a driven individual who can multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience using email marketing platforms to create a campaign from beginning to end including managing.
Proven oral and written communication skills that keep varying groups and teams aligned and informed.
Experience of running and managing digital/social marketing campaigns from the ground up(google adwords, seo techniques).
Knowledge and hands-on-experience of marketing automation and how to build and execute campaigns required.
Worked with a contracted performance marketing agency (google ads, social ads).
Experience using data analytics tools and reporting, e.gExperience with mixpanel.
Experience managing/mentoring a junior team member.
