Manager/senior manager - onboarding operations
Own & execute end to end queries internally, cross-functionally & with our
Banking partners
Take on new/additional processes for back-end operations involving
Interaction with bank partners
Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives
Create and manage adherence to the process of tracking the leads generated
And shared with banks to reporting them both to the respective bank(s) as well
As to the internal mis for monitoring progress.
Map & develop strong working relationships with key influencers for the
Assigned banksIt should include mapping the various teams in the assigned
Banks thoroughly.
Leverage knowledge to craft strategies with banks, partnering with various
Stakeholders (internal & external)
Should have a high degree of influence within and outside of the team.
Should be able to manage large teams independently.
Should be able to create medium term plansIncorporate risk & uncertainty

Own & execute onboarding operations, business metrics and processes,
Aligned with business goals; establish processes for measuring, tracking, and
Driving continuous improvement of metrics.
Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for their program
Should be able to streamline, automate, eliminate multiple
Operational/tactical tasks to maximize sla & it’s adherence
Tat management for tickets raised to and by bank partners
Monitor programs for identifying early signs needing correction or support
Develop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure the function meets
Evolving needs
Work independently on complex issues and projects
Manage allocation of people and resources for operations
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring
Talent
Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of managers
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and
Operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of experience in any of the following teams : operational
Excellence, banking, process improvements, compliance operations, and/or
Consulting.
Should have at least 4 years of leadership experience; prior experience in
Managing leads & managers
Should have great verbal, written and presentation skills; excellent
Interpersonal skills.
Should have in depth understanding of capacity management & optimization
