The person in this role will serve as the relationship manager and primary point of escalation for our customer (s)The person must provide tactical support to sales and management, providing information regarding customer issues, needs and opportunitiesThey must enhance the customer relationship by working closely with customer programs and workflows to identify process optimization opportunities, on the development of targeted solutions and new business opportunitiesThey are accountable for account revenue growth, expanding products and service offering and alternative revenue streams.
Maintain post-sale contact with customers in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationshipServe as the primary contact for the assigned customersEnhance the company`s position and reputation by properly servicing and corresponding with all assigned accounts in a dependable and timely mannerEngage in up-sell opportunities on current and future customer projectsIdentify and sell rr donnelley capability to existing accounts to expand service offeringsManage customer inquiries regarding customer orders in process and future orders pendingProvide tactical support to sales and management, providing information regarding customer issues, needs and opportunitiesPrepare rfps and rfqs and put together sales collateral to use to secure new business and up-sell existing accountsEnhance customer relationship by working closely with customer on the development of targeted solutions and new business opportunities.
Ensure on site operations are managed and coordinated to satisfy contracted sla’s, conceive, document and execute standard operation procedures to support the above.
Provide requested customer facing metrics reports as requested from existing reports suite, customizing where necessary.
Work with the customer to facilitate prototypes and other creative solutions that support print production.
Provide coordination of all sales/ marketing/ promotion print and print related collateral for the customer.
Coordinate/ lead efforts with the customers marketing group to gather all of the print requirements and data files for current programs and new projectsProvide guidance and leadership to the customer regarding the print manufacturing process and he various requirements needed to efficiently (cost and time) produce print and print related collateral.
Oversee the entire print and fulfillment lifecycle for ongoing programs from initial requirements gathering, facility selection and coordination with manufacturing, to the final delivery of products.
Work with plants to make sure sla’s are met and products are received by the customer on time.
Make recommendations to move work to other facilities as needed.
Ensure operational and financial reporting is performing to the customer’s expectations.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as necessary.
