Position - assistant manager, master data
Location- bangalore
Company- one of the leading fmcg company
Job responsibilities-
Responsible to change product reference master data in various applications based on service requests
Responsible to create data quality and service management metrics closely collaborate with colleagues to improve the master data process, supporting implementation of new capabilities and harmonization
Be the process expert and focal point for master data issues, while leading team on master data services and onboarding of new services per demands
Ensure that product material master data is accurate, complete and fit-for-use in the business processes
Analyze master data in sap and other applications to support decision making
Analyze service requests, escalate, and monitor progress end to end
Ensure that requests are resolved in a timely manner
Drive standardization
Lead product master creation for new business integrations
Spoc to manage product transitions
Desired candidate profile
Knowledge and understanding of disciplines marketing, development and supply chain
Strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to actively manage the relationships with stakeholders, and influence those that you aren``t directly managing
Analytical with strong conceptualization skills but also willing to do hands on operational task
Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
Experience with enterprise resource planning (erp) systems.
