Profile description : as a key partner in delivering talent to drive business results, this person will be responsible for forging collaborative and credible relationships with business leaders and hiring managers by proactively and strategically identifying, assessing, and ensuring the delivery of required talent to fill gaps within the business delivery team.
Sourcing & screening :
Ensure the team is building successful channels for attracting, assessing, and selecting the highest quality candidates in the most efficient manner.
Develop creative approaches for identifying and recruiting high-quality candidates, including implementing strategies that broaden the pool of diversity talent.
Understands the design, its impact on overall downstream systems, and suggest enhancements as per needs.
Market intelligence :
Understanding and leveraging industry / business in the career guideline context to make informed decisions.
Coaches/mentors on competitive positioning of career guideline in the industry context.
Ensure competitive intelligence is done at regular intervals to keep updated on the trends, information etc
Cultivates personal networks in and outside of the organization and effectively uses relevant contacts to achieve results.
Leverages internal/external interactions as networking opportunities to strategically expand networks.
Proactively seeks new networking opportunities for self and others eg, by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, meetings, committees, multiple stakeholder groups and/or seminars.
Encourages and coaches individuals to avail networking opportunities to make an impact in their role.
Creates networking opportunities and identifies and builds strategic relationships with the business and industry leaders to identify potential areas of mutual, long-term interest and shares the information.
Brings in innovative thinking to enhance existing networking practices.
People management :
Manages a team of recruiters & senior recruiters
The role is responsible for strategy as well as is a hands-on recruitment role for select positions (critical, high levels, niche, etc).
Recruiting strategy :
Responsible for the overall leadership and development of a recruiting team.
Identify and implement strategies for recruiting both active and passive candidates across the team.
Provide overall direction and management for recruiting strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices.
Work in concert with the client business leaders and hiring managers to lead strategic talent acquisition discussions leveraging hiring forecasts and trends to provide a deep understanding of existing and future talent needs.
Assure talent needs are filled, timely and with quality talent by the recruitment team.
Develop a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to provide insight and decision support.
Thoroughly understand and factor internal talent landscape to identify and evaluate best candidates for talent needs.
Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
