The solutions consultant - surveillance + crm will be primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and growing our solution consulting process to support sales of our surveillance products and servicesThis role will immediately cross-train to our crm product, and expand over time to other products, with the ultimate goal of being well versed in all q4 solutionsThis is a new role on the solutions consulting team, which means there will be a lot of autonomy to take it in different directions as we grow the revenue organization.
Be the subject matter expert on the solutions consulting team for all things surveillance and analytics (both internal product knowledge, and external best practices)
Become a targeting expert and cross-train in our crm solution
Participate actively in sales calls with your account executive/management counterparts, be it demos, intro calls, answering questions, etc
Participate actively in the solutioning of analytics products, like rfps, proposal building, trials, proof of concepts, quoting, sows, etc
Consult and advise potential clients on surveillance, best practices, and areas where they can grow their business
Help your ae/am partners position their deal to deliver the most value to prospects against competitors
Help prepare follow-up materials, such as videos, answers, custom demos, templates, etc, for aes/ams to use in their deals
Be a partner to the aes/ams in closing deals
Help sales enablement and revenue operations create processes to support the solution consulting practice
Help the sales enablement team develop training materials
2+ years of sales, solution consulting, or enablement experience
5+ years of working with ir analytics and surveillance
Ability to create and develop processes from scratch
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
Able to build internal relationships with leadership, sales, product, and marketing
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Enjoy being proactive and taking initiative with new projects
Proficient in sales methodologies, especially sandler
Proficiency and experience with salesforce.com, salesloft, gong, linkedin, and other sales productivity tools
Proficient in ir crm tools and targeting
