In this role, you will be a trusted advisor of the ceo and will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationshipYou will also serve as a liaison to the senior management teams, organize outreach and help drive effective business development.
As a critical part of the ceo’s office, you will complete a broad variety of highly important tasks that facilitate the ceo’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and presenting complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; monitoring organizational kpis that are critical for the ceo and drive the operational cadence at ceo`s level.
You will be responsible for -
Working with the various internal and external stakeholders across levels, to help them align with and execute the ceo’s expectations.
Communicating, coordinating and effectively analyzing the data from different business stakeholders to provide insights that drive key business decisions.
Reviewing data, statistics and business funnels to create business plans; in addition to actively working on investor decks and business pitch.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that timely goals and expectations are set and that the respective metrics are met.
Supporting tasks will include -
Preparing the agenda, talking points and meeting minutes for all ceo meetings - that help drive business in an objective and time-controlled manner.
Coordinating the ceo’s travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, and other travel needs.
Drafting and editing various documents including internal/external correspondence and communication via emails and telephones.
Providing administrative support to the ceo as and when needed.
Managing and maintaining the ceo’s calendar effectively and end to end.
You need -
4+ years of experience in a similar role that includes management consulting, business analytics, strategy and key operating experience in a startup.
To have worked with scale and in a fast paced environment - preferably in a tech / product / design first startup.
To be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to break open-ended unstructured problems into actionable plans.
To be able to collaborate with people and teams to resolve bottlenecks and drive closures.

To be able to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
To be able to communicate effectively and handle multiple stakeholders with a sense of community and belongingness.
To have very strong problem solving skills.
