What will you be responsible for?
Collaborate with business to build campus talent acquisition strategy and brand providence as an employer of choice.
Establish relationship with new and existing campus and constantly identify relationship building opportunities through speaker sessions etc.
Drive various programs and initiatives to proactively identify talent in the campus - through initiatives like hackathons, brand ambassadors, buddy programs etc.
Market intelligence around competition and best practices that can be adopted by providence
Work the pillar leads on build an annual forecasting process of the hiring needs and bring the strategic perspective of hiring from campus
Ensure strong engagement with the candidates to deliver world class experience to both students and hiring managers.
Identify areas of process improvement and automation of the process
Who are we looking for?
Mba (preferred) with 10+ years of experience in recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Ability to consult, influence and manage clients
Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
Strong communication skills
