Prometric is in search of a passionate and experienced manager of corporate marketingIn this role, you will report directly to the chief marketing officer and lead the team responsible for building the prometric brand and sharing our story globallyThis role will successfully promote the company through a strong pr and communications program, strategic content and messaging strategies, trade shows and industry event participation, client community and engagement initiatives, and community relations.
You are a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of building brand strategy, including corporate marketing and communications initiativesYour passion and experience run across public relations, brand development, customer engagement and insights, events, and thought leadership.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Work closely with marketing leadership to contribute to a cohesive global marketing strategy, defining key objectives, metrics and team interlocks.
Hire, lead, coach and develop a small team of high-performing marketing professionals to promote the prometric brand globally, including corporate communications, pr, events, client engagement, thought leadership and more.
Lead the development, execution, and measurement of a global corporate marketing and communications strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging and positioning across all channels
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing, product, operations and sales leaders to ensure alignment and support of our core strategic and business goals
Oversee events strategy and execution for conferences, industry events and community partnerships, as well as develop and evaluate roi metrics
Partner closely with client revenue marketing and digital/content teams to ensure alignment
Create and execute a client community plan that engages core customers, delivers thought leadership, produces client events and advisory panels, captures voice of customer, informs corporate strategy and product roadmap
Partner with internal communications team on building culture through key events and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee and manage agency relationships
Establish kpis and track the performance of the team’s efforts to ensure that desired business outcomes are met
Design and execute nps survey and client engagement programs
Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
Ba/bs degree or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing and communication strategy, digital marketing, public relations, and/or content marketing
Proven track record developing and executing successful b2b marketing and communications campaigns, strategies
Previous experience in b2b, tech, finance or other complex industries
Experience with saas offerings and software a plus
Demonstrated experience as a people-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives
Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions
Experience using data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
Experience and passion for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
