Your role and goals:
As our product marketing manager (m/f/d), you are the glue that ties our product strategy to audiences and markets, helping support productsup`s go-to-market strategy and growth.
You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, engineering, solutions, and sales teams and play a vital role in our internal and external communication.
We are looking for a strategic self-starter who can take ownership and initiative and break down complex concepts to communicate them in a simple way.
In your first 3 months you will:
Get to know our product portfolio and familiarize yourself with the market, target group, and competitive landscape
Establish feedback processes in close collaboration with your key stakeholders to fuel product improvement
Manage sales enablement programs to support sales and ensure client-facing teams have appropriate resources and collateral
Drive our product positioning and messaging to be used in product releases and marketing campaigns
In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
Conduct release trainings for both solutions & sales departments
Execute market research and collect competitor intelligence
Create sales assets, assets according to releases, on demand pitch material, training materials and sessions
Collect customer / market feedback by conducting customer surveys, internal interviews and surveys
What you bring to the team:
Thorough technical understanding of commerce technologies (shop systems, pim systems)
Past experience in product marketing in a saas company
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
Deep understanding of digital marketing (advertising on google, facebook, amazon)
Familiarity with powerpoint and photoshop are a plus
Fluency in english
