Full job description
Prodapt is looking for director - presales | telecom | bpo for chennai
Roles and responsibilities
Conceptualize and design solutions targeting telecom chief operating officers including business process outsourcing services, automation (rpa/hyperautomation), process mining and improvement, contact center optimization, and field services operations.
Participate in rfp`s new client pursuits and articulate the solutioning, approach and methodology with key focus on customers business outcomes
Perform market research on relevant technologies and solutions, and onboard into prodapts solution repository
Participate in, and anchor key discussions with the clients and prospects
Liaise and coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end solution
Handle conversations with senior stakeholders on topics such as best practices, latest trends, impact of ai/ml, etc.
Ensure company processes around deal qualification, margins and best practices are followed
Manage pre-sales and solutioning team for the coo practice
Desired candidate profile
Primary requirements
Strong telecom and/or bpo domain knowledge
Ability to liaise extensively with clients, internal stake holder
Strong understanding of business metrics, financial models and roi analysis
Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders
Experience of working with co level audience and performing analysis, presenting reports etc
Excellent presentation, documentation and spreadsheet skills
Ability to manage and own proposals working in a strongly matrixed organization
Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills
Secondary requirements
Self-motivated individual able and motivate self and team
Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
Broad knowledge of major out-of-box platforms such as amdocs, sfdc, servicenow etc
