Salary range: upto ₹20,00,000 + performance based incentives

Roles and responsibilities:
Build and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Develop sales opportunities and source prospects to increase the sales funnel in us market
Responding to rfp, rfi and rfqProposal writing, sow, presales.
Respond to inbound leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages
Cold calling, making outbound calls to understand prospective needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects
Strategise and drive client pitches and develop proposals that address the client`s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to perform accordingly.
Setting up sales milestones and achieving required quotas.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, sales milestones and metrics
Manage client relationships and objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to bring 100% client satisfaction.
Maintain a database of prospect`s information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Should be a conversation starter with the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers overseas
Should be from an it sales background only with an excellent knowledge of it software products
Candidates with an international sales outbound calling profile are preferred.
Experience in end-to-end sales process, hunting clients, meeting sales targets.
Bi / analytics backgroundMba from top tier institute/university with an excellent academic record
Strong computer skills, including google workspace (word, powerpoint and excel) and crm experience preferred.
Should be a self-motivated, individual contributor as well as have prior experience in building and managing high performing inside sales and sdr teams
