The client success manager will be a strategic problem solver and analytical thinker with the skills to deliver insights and solutions for enterprise and insurance carrier clients and partstrader.
Key accountabilities:
The client success manager (csm) will be accountable for ensuring the success of implementing the partstrader parts procurement process with enterprise and insurance carrier clientsThe csm will partner with enterprise sales executives during the client engagement and sales process and serve as the primary point of contact responsible for orchestrating all customer activities.
Pre-pilot:
Overall ownership of enterprise and insurance carrier pilots and collaboration with sales executives and business partners.
Understand and analyze insurance regulatory information to determine the impact on the client’s business needs.
Analyze insurance claims data to identify solutions for clients’ requirements.
Gather and analyze data on claims processes, identify process gaps, and highlight process and cost savings associated with the partstrader parts procurement process.
Present findings to the enterprise sales team and consult as a subject matter expert during sales presentations.
Pilot:
Act as an analytical resource to continuously demonstrate value to the client throughout the pilot.
Lead the analysis of insurance and partstrader claims, quotes, orders, and estimate data to establish savings achieved, return on investment, compliance and other key metrics related to client success criteria.
Liaison between client needs and cross-functional teams to ensure partstrader is meeting pilot success criteria.
Consult with the partstrader product team to align the partstrader product and workflow with the insurer workflow.
Partner with the product team for enhancements and validate with enterprise and insurance carrier clients.
Work with partstrader teams including enterprise sales, national sales, data analytics, and customer care to design interventions to move from current behaviors to preferred behaviors.
Implementation:
Overall ownership of nationwide implementation, post pilot, including workflow analysis, final needs assessment and training.
Consult with enterprise and insurance carrier clients on process, workflow, or business rule changes required to integrate partstrader into their processes.
Ongoing support:
Overall ownership and collaboration with the sales executive to manage the existing client relationship.
Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the account to ensure partstrader is in a strong position for client renewal and to upsell additional solutions.
Proactively engage with existing clients on analytics insights to consistently drive consultative value.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience analyzing data using business intelligence tools and excel.
Understands full lifecycle of an insurance claim from creation, status, payment, to close.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills; able to partner with customers in developing their strategic direction.
Customer relationship management experience acting as a trusted business advisor.
Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills with proven ability to process vast amounts of data into meaningful information.
Prior experience creating presentations that promote value and generate excitement; presenting to executive leadership.
Ability to travel for client requirements; up to 50% per month, as needed.
Preferred skills:
Experience with auto claims data and auto claims processing.
Automobile insurance industry experience.
Understands and has worked with claims teams.
Experience analyzing business environment trends in the auto insurance, collision repair or oem industries.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and evolving demands.
Project management experience with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in a startup environment and/or supporting insurance sales or business case development.
Professional skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and incorporate new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for written reports, data, and graphics detail.
