We have immediate need for freshers or jrTo mid-level it recruiter (2- 5years) for our company in hubli officeThis role is an onsite position and the ideal resource will be working from our office location in hubliKarnataka as recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to ensure talent supply on the staffing line of businessYou will focus on a talent search in highly dynamic situations and will be accountable for demand fulfilment in a very tight schedule.
• design and implement overall recruiting strategy • perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objective • execute sourcing, interviewing and recruitment strategies for individual positions by connecting and sourcing talent through numerous channels • recruit, source, and/or provide assistance to candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards(dice, carrier builder, monster, linkedin etc., and social media• develop and/or execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives • coordinate with managers and interviewers on their group needs and processes• monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices • interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) • co-ordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Required skills for freshers: • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • strong analytical skill and it/technical skill or knowledge • stellar time management and organizational skills • flexible and adaptableThrives in a fast-paced environment• individual should be a quick learner self-driven and team player • a passion to find candidates that align with our company`s vision and values• fair grasp of technology• strong decision-making skills• ability to work in us time zone (6pm ist to 3am ist) required skills for jrTo mid-level it recruiter • proven work experience (2- 5years) as an it recruiter working on technical and it positions • solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured , competency-based, stress etc.) • hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.) • ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and iq/eq tests, etc.) • familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems (ats) like ceipal, taleo, job diva etc • excellent communication and interpersonal skills • prior experience working for direct clients (not h1 marketing/bench sales) • familiarity with various us work authorizations and tax terms like w2, corp to corp and 1099• experience discussing rates, salaries and/or benefits• hands on experience with using different job boards like monster, dice, cb etc• able to close, confirm and follow up with candidates in regard to interviews or offers• fair grasp of technology• strong decision-making skills benefits: • attractive package with good incentive plan• food allowance • health insurance/esi coverage required qualification: • diploma in computer science or bachelor’s/master’s degree with it/cs as a core subject/major(required) work remotely: • no
