As a digital product manager sr on the online banking team, based in pittsburgh, pa, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for pnc customersYou will work as product owner on a development team and will need to collaborate well with many teams across the enterprise to drive an improved digital experience for our customersYou will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, line of business and other stakeholders, software service managers, and risk governance partnersOpenness to learning new ways of working and new skills is a must and a reasonably strong understanding of technology development processes will be extremely beneficial.
For this role, the following background and experience is recommended:
Experience working as a product owner on a team operating with an agile or devops
A working understanding of the development, build, and deploy processes
A strong strategic skill set and experience planning and executing complex projects with
Many work sets and dependencies
Experience collaborating with many different types of individuals and teams
Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and achieve buy-in and alignment from this
Understand and manage a project budget
Experience navigating risk governance processes
Initiation of self-directed learning on new subject matter
Experience within the financial services industry preferred
Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiencesSupports business case development.
Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiencesSupports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
Partners with key stakeholders including product, technology, mis, line of business, marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goalsParticipates in product-specific marketing initiativesAs part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.
