Responsibilities:
Acquire prestigious and quality clients in the generic/non-it space and grow the business.
Engage with departmental heads for business and operations ceo/head hr/ vendor procurement managers.
To achieve the sales / revenue target from new and existing clients.
To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the service according to their specifications.
Qualifications:
Mba from good universities (passed out in last 2 years)
Competencies:
Demonstrated and successful sales and business experience in generic/non-it professional services staffing for prestigious clients
Should have good amount of experience working in established and good quality organizations
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead and engage with all stakeholders
